To celebrate this momentous milestone, we have partnered with London & Scottish International to create these wonderful bottles of Whisky and Gin.

Fleet Air Arm Centenary Single Malt Whisky

This 10 year old, complex single malt Whisky is viscous, smooth and savoury on the palate. It is noted for its warming pastry, vanilla, oak and earthy flavours. The additional barrel age has mellowed this spirit beautifully allowing the fruit flavours to develop gently in the glass. At no stage are the components disjointed or overpowered by alcohol or the peat.

The flavours are gentle and balance each other beautifully from the first smell through to the long finish.

Fleet Air Arm Centenary Small Batch Gin

Our Small Batch London Dry Gin has aromas of Alpine Forest, with lively green pine and leafy herbs. It has big, bold robust flavours with brilliant juicy juniper followed by a smooth woody spice and clean citrus notes leading to a strong lingering finish.

Arriving November 14th, 2024

On May 1st, 1982, nine Sea Harriers from 800 Naval Air Squadron, attacked the airfield at Port Stanley. Then a Flight Lieutenant, David Morgan was the pilot of the last aircraft to attack and was forced to come in just above ground level to avoid the, by then fully alert, airfield defences.

Despite being hit by 20mm AA fire, he managed to escape by flying at less than 30 feet above the runway and returned safely to HMS Hermes.

Lt Cdr Morgan ended the conflict as the highest scoring pilot with four confirmed victories and was subsequently awarded the DSC.

This superb print by Darryl Legg captures the speed and danger of those moments as he completes his mission and hurtles along the runway to get clear of the danger zone.

Each print of the limited edition of 300 is individually signed by Lt Cdr David Morgan DSC.

Formed in 1941 with a complement of Fulmars, 809 NAS and was involved in actions on the Russian convoys and the Mediterranean and later, flying Seafires, such operations as Pedestal, Avalanche, Torch and Dragoon before being deployed to engage in the recovery of Rangoon and British Malaya and Sumatra. 

After the war they transitioned to Sea Hornets and then Sea Venoms in time to be involved in the Suez Crisis.

Later they converted to Buccaneers (including for the British Honduras/Belize 'incident').  and then, ultimately, decommissioned in 1978. The Falklands War saw 809 briefly recommissioned to fly Sea Harriers to great effect. Decommissioned in December 1982, 809 is now, once again, an operational Naval Air Squadron flying the formidable F-35B.

Drawing on rare, historical photography and specially commissioned artwork, Matthew Willis explores the heroic feats of the few Royal Navy’s obsolescent biplanes that stood between the state-of-the-art Axis warships and their objectives.

Focusing on the technical specifications of both opponents, using original records, and detailed armament and cockpit views, this book explores the key attributes and drawbacks of the disadvantaged Royal Navy torpedo-bombers against the mighty Regia Marina and Kriegsmarine destroyers and raiders, covering a wide range of sea battles, from the more famous attacks such as the strike on the Bismarck, the tragic events of the Channel Dash or the clash with the Italian battle fleet at Taranto, to less covered sea battles such as the Battle of Matapan.

Despite their powerful weaponry and heavy armour protection, the Axis warships proved vulnerable to a skillfully and audaciously flown torpedo-bomber, thanks to innovative commanders exploiting every possible advantage. Including rare personal recollections from the airmen who flew the torpedo-bombers and historical accounts from the Axis warship crews, this book describes each and every facet of this dramatic duel.

This is a very rare, substantial and unusual statement piece for the home or office. 

The Sea Fury was the pinnacle of piston powered Royal Naval aviation and traced it's lineage back through the Typhoon and Tempest. A 2500hp power house, multi-purpose aircraft that was as capable as a fighter with four 20mm cannon as it was as a bomber carrying up to two 1000lb bombs or a complement of up to 16 rockets.

Although the Sea Fury first flew in 1945, it had the misfortune to be introduced into squadron service in 1947 at a time when jet technology was coming of age. Its service life was consequently brief. It was retired from the Fleet Air Arm in 1953, but not before it had played a noteworthy role in Korea where one aircraft shot down a MiG15 jet fighter.

With a maximum speed of c.460mph and superb all-round performance, this sleek and eye catching aircraft has become an icon.

A very few remaining airworthy examples are on the display circuit or are used for racing at Reno.

615 were produced for the Fleet Air Arm with c. 250 more providing good service for the navies of  Canada, Australia and the Netherlands.

This intriguing lamp incorporates part of a jet aircraft. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to pin down exactly what it is due to a lack of part numbers, although our engineers have a suspicion that it might be from Sea Harrier.

That notwithstanding, it is a fabulous design. A great addition to your living room or study and a real talking piece.

The Lockheed F-35 is an advanced stealth fifth generation fighter combining speed and superb agility. There are three variants; F-35A, B and C. The F-35A CTOL (Conventional Take Off and Landing) and has four internal weapons stations in two weapons bays plus three optional external weapons stations. The F-35B STOVL (Short Take Off Vertical Landing) variant while the F-35C is a CV (Carrier Variant). The F-35 will replace the USAF A-10 and F-16, the F/A-18 for the USN and the F/A-18 and AV-8B Harrier for the USMC.

F-35B Lightning II ZM149 “015” (c/n BK-15) piloted by Sqn Ldr Will of the RAF No 207 Squadron from RAF Marham completed the first successful landing onboard HMS Prince of Wales on June 8, 2021. This was the inaugural landing of a fixed-wing aircraft on the Prince of Wales. The Prince of Wales is the second Royal Navy aircraft carrier and was conducting sea trials commencing on June 7, 2021. ZM149 will take part in the sea acceptance trials by testing the vessel’s ability to launch and recover aircraft
