An attractive poster showing the marking schemes of 5 Sea Vixen Squadrons.

The iconic Sea Vixen played an important role as a transitional design during the Cold War. Transonic and nuclear capable, this interceptor was armed with A2A missiles, but not cannon or machine guns as it was (erroneously as it turned out) thought that the day of the dogfight was over

Poster: A3
Supplied without frame.

Good quality poster

The poster arrived in good condition and I have put it in an A3 picture frame which shows it off to good effect. I think that the only way to improve it would be to print it in a larger format, such as A2.

Sea Vixens

A lovely picture. I’ve been fascinated by Sea Vixens since I first saw them on the deck of Ark Royal in Hong Kong in 1966. This adds my stunning air to air of XP924.

A very smart poster.

It looks great in the black frame I bought for it and has pride of place on my desk. I’m looking forward to buying a similar poster of the Mk1 squadrons when it’s produced! A better looking aircraft, in my humble opinion!

Not sure of accuracy

O served two commissions on 892 our squadron crest was a Vixens head on Cresent moon and we never had VL on tail as we were Centaur and Hermes but things may have changed after we left Hermes
