This limited edition single cask Somerset cider brandy has been aged for 8 years in small oak barrels and is delicious. It's then made even more special by being finished for another 2 years in a barrel that had previously held port for over twenty years.
It is a beautifully balanced spirit imbued with a subtle sweetness from the Port casks.
